Job description 


Taches :


- Ensure smooth running of reception and switchboard


- Access control to the offices and full reception services


- Administrative support to other departments


- Coordinate postal and express courier services


- Purchase order creation


- Suppliers payment follow up


- Stationery stock follow up


- Provide support of all events organization


Back up of the office administrator and GM assistant in her absence


Profil :


- Education : Efficient secretarial skills/ Personal Assistant/ Admin. 

Assistant diploma

- Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes,…)


- Excellent organization skills


- Ability to establish priorities in working process


- Discretion, reactivity and flexibility


- Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
